If the CJN Onoghen go against the law by not declaring his assets properly, either by commission or omission. And that makes him to be at the other side of the law. And the NJC has to verify/investigate it and take proper action. Why this is yet to be done.

Why the rush by PMB to side line him, I think the hand work of gallant cabals is behind the scene for their selfish reason. Please someone should show him section 292(2). Let due process be followed.

NBC please suspend the so call newly acting CJN, he's part of the cabal for accepting the post done at the backyard.

I do not doubt judgement being merchandised by corrupt judges.
The suspended CJN should have done the needful ab initio because nobody is above the law. There is no doubt about the politicking aspect prior to the coming general election.
