Section c only limits the president when it comes to removal but not when it comes to a suspension.

Besides the same CJN gave a ruling in 2013 when he was interpreting the powers of the CCT and he said the CCT has absolute jurisdiction as empowered by the constitution to issue punishments in terms to false asset declaration to erring individuals and is not answerable to any other court in this regard.

You are just being emotional like a child. The law and emotions do not mix.

The CCT was empowered by the constitution to act in full when it has to do with false asset declaration and this same CJN interpreted the law to this effect as spelt out by our constitution.

They gave an order for suspension as empowered by our constitution and Buhari has no choice but obey that order.

He cannot be a judge in his own case. With an indictment of this nature hanging over his head, he had the option of stepping aside pending the outcome of his case. He however refused and instead chose to make use of the judiciary to block all processes that would lead to his suspension or removal and went ahead to suspend the NJC meeting indefinitely.

PMB only helped him do what he refused to do as afforded by law.

you are the one being sentimental here , when it comes to the selection and removal of any of heads the 3 Arms of govt the constitution does not mince words... The CJN is neither a staff nor employee of the president, the president has zero supervisory role over the CJN , the president has tecnically no input in the selection of the CJ other than to present his name to the house for ratification or removal.. yesterday Buhari broke not one but 2 laws , first he tried to remove a sitting chief judge with powers he did not have and 2ndly he attempted to select and appoint another CJ with powers he still doesn't have ... There is no case here , on Monday Tanko must be suspended and the statusquo upheld
