Instead of facing justice, he is using his position to either frustrate and/or secure justice for himself. Are you aware that he is the chairman of njc, should he preside over his own case? As if this is not enough he adjourned the njc session indefinitely. Where and when will the so much due process take place. The CCT arraigned him and he was asked not to make appearance. Court injunctions here and there barring the trial. What should be the next thing to do? To allow him preside over judiciary arm with this grave allegations which he is not ready absolve himself from?

Discipline of integrity demands that he should have stepped aside on his own even before being arraigned. Let's allow the course to flow from his suspension. If he cannot cover and protect judiciary nobody can do that.
