The Senate is very wise, they want the supreme court to declare the suspension illegal. Once that is achieved, they will then reconvene plenary to discuss Buhari's illegality smiley

One thing people should note is that Onnoghen was the one Buhari wanted because he is not a Northerner.
Buhari wanted Tanko because he is a Northerner and a Sharia Judge.

I have one believe that everything with a beginning surely have an end. grin

Really, Buhari and his handlers didn't think this action through before making that black market suspension! They walked straight into the waiting arms of the opposition who have now found their voices fully back! It's a mis-step
so why is it taking the opposition days to strike since Apc has walked into their trap.is like brain is paining you.

Impeachment proceedings would have been the best in a sane society.

But political affiliations, ethnicity and selfish interests rules in naija whilst we keep to the back seat rule of law, fairness and patriotism.
and in saner society the ex-CJN wouldn't have resigned and probably be in custody by now after being exposed to have a secret account to which a questionable sum of a billion naira has been lodged in the eve of an election?
mtcheww! ..you are patriot indeed!

I believed Saraki sent APC on a wild goose chase making them believe there's gonna be a plenary to discuss CJN suspension whilst the senate leadership opted to approach the supreme court.

He's always ahead of APC leadership and their NASS members.

APC and their supporters are dumb-asses and nitwits as can be seen by their several blunders and incompetences.

Even their oga at the top is worse. grin

A bunch of unpatriotic elements who'll prefer the country burn in support of their tyrannical leader who keeps playing on their intelligence with his fake integrity. Yeye senseless people.
