Goodluck Jonathan today denied he is considering not running for the job next year. But he did not confirm that he will run, either.

“At the appropriate time, the president will inform his country men and women of his future plans,” his spokesman said.

A statement just issued by Ima Niboro, the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to Mr. Jonathan, dismissed the story, which appeared in Reuters, as having been “sponsored” by interested parties.


“The truth is that the president has not said he will not run,” Mr. Niboro said. “Neither has he said he will.”

President Jonathan must not chicken out and allow the combine forces of the Evil Genius(IBB), Atiku,and Buhari to find their way back to power. He should declare his intention fast to run in order for him to finish the Second Term of Yar'Adua and give power to South East in 2015 for sake of Equity. He must not allow this power mongers to have their way. The country does not belong to the Northerners alone, they should stop seeing this country as their personal estate, Like they determine who rules Nigeria, enough of this insult.
