ATIKU DIASPORA ORGANIZATION (ATIKUDO) CONDEMNS REMOVAL OF JUSTICE ONNOGHEN, SAYS IT UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

The recent suspension Justice Onnoghen, the Chief Justice of Nigeria by the APC led administration under the leadership of President Buhari, has been condemned by Nigerians in Diaspora.

This came few days ago after the Peoples Democratic Party Candidate visited America to relate his mandate to International agencies ahead of the February elections.

The justification of the unconstitutional removal of Justice Onnoghen and the appointment of a new acting CJN by president Buhari was condemned by the spokesperson and Executive Assistant to the Director, Diaspora PDP Presidential Campaign Council, Engr Francis John, after the visit of Alh. ATIKU Abubakar to the United State of America, few days ago.

He stated that the ruling All Progressive Congress made the unconstitutional move because of it's undemocratic motive to perpetrate corrupt and unfair practices in the forthcoming general elections. He stressed that the President has acted outside the confide of the constitutional provisions of the law by suspending the CJN without following due democratic process.

Engr. Francis captured the moments to warn the ruling party to stay away from any frivolous attempts at rigging the 2019 elections. He stated that, Nigerians in diaspora and member of Atiku Diaspora Organization (ATIKUDO) are observing the elections and would do anything possible to ensure that the election is conducted successfully and void of malpractices and unpatriotic engagements.
