Please can your seller do this procedure for a Hinese buyer?

1. Seller issues contract (SPA)

2. Seller and buyer sign and seal contract (SPA) including banking coordinates and buyer returns the contract within 48hrs

3. Seller releases full cargo documents and release details of agent in China so buyer can meet with seller agents to verify cargo is available for purchase, NOR and ETA.

4. Upon confirmation of all cargo documents and ETA, and NOR of vessel from seller's agent, buyer will place MT799 blocked fund for entire cargo

5. Upon confirmation of MT799 Blocked fund by seller, seller's vessel will send NOR to buyer, and seller's vessel Captain issues matb, buyer acknowledge nor and seller's vessel moves to longside with buyers vessel and transhipment into buyer's vessel.

6. After transshipment, seller issues MATB to buyer's inspectors to carry out Q&Q inspection of cargo.

7. After Q&Q result issued to seller, buyer captian, seller's bank and buyer's bank respectively, buyer issues MT103 within 48 hours after dip test.

8. Seller shall collect all stipulate cargo/marine documents, invoice and forward same to buyer/buyer bank for payment. Buyer shall within three (3) banking days after receipt of all transaction documents as enumerated in SPA make swift payment for entire cargo and commission.

9. Seller pays commissions to all agents, mandates and facilitators of buyer and seller.

10. Buyer's Vessel sail to destination.
