A friend of mine is gettin married next month ie sept. He said i should be his bestman. I've not done this kind of job before and i seriously need help.

If its cos you have NEVER done it before then i think i might understand the fear. But what if you were the groom what will you do?

Well FEAR not your Friend holds you to a high esteem and so he choose you for such a memorable day of their lives. Your role is very important cos u will be like his eye to co-ordinate all the plans that have been put in place fr that day; get all the numbers of the vendors for the ceremony from the video/photographer, reception venue-arrangement, lighting, dance floor, special couple songs, drinks, refreshment of his boss/collegues e.t.c.

its quite demanding but its only for that day. Well have a lovely time while at it,

Dont worry jor, it's allowed. been best-man twice and the chief bride's maids were my  'compensations' for the best-man job well done
