The Applicant is expected to administer the arrangement of the hotel bookings, the airport pickups, also the visa processing for client on the local and international traveling list
Airport Protocol and Travel Officer Other Duties

Applicant are in charge of the Procure clearance tags at the airport for their client
Applicant are to make sure that the everything is arrange starting from the hotels, and airport transfers. The travel packages in anticipation of travel for staff, and to manage the contractors and ensure they are working on the projects.
Applicant are responsible of the transferring of passengers through the airport.
Applicant are to give assist to other office function in the company when he or she is less busy with travel arrangements.
Applicant should be willing to work outside the office hours.
Applicant are to facilitates the travel of all the staff members that are going to other countries on an official business as required. The applicant should be able to make sure he secure their traveling document such as visas, the medical insurance information, and also the flights ticket and accommodation as requested.
Applicant are to Provide protocol to every of their clients at the local or international airport.
Applicant is in charge for their road transportation he or she are to Manage the pick up drivers and provide information that will aid the trip
Applicant are to deal with the Nigeria Immigration Service Authority and also with the airport security force for the clients clearance.
Applicant are also going to arrange the collection of travelers and their baggage.
Applicant will do his or her best to make sure that the client have a speedy passage through airport – and process travel documents without delay.
Applicant are to ensure that the airport arrangement pick up and drop of client; and to supervise the escort patrol.
Applicant are to build and maintain warm relationships with the company and other various Government agencies at the airport both local and international in other to facilitate the effective meet of greet services.
Applicant are to assist with the organizing events that may involve international guest client. The Applicant are to send all the necessary invitations and and to arrange the receiving of the visitors; and to plan for their accommodation.
Applicant is the protocol officer, and he or she is expected to plan and arrange the timetable for that of the foreign visitors. The applicant is arrange for their transportation where it is necessary and to make sure that the visitor’s schedule goes according to plan to avoid them to suffer from any form of complications and delays.
Applicant are to make the clients are protected from extortion from corrupt men or any form of harassment by airport authorities.
