pls i need a clear direction in uploading my documents.

i have an OND & BSC in mechanical engineering in which i have both collected the transcripts and certificate for both.
my question is this, while uploading the transcript and certificate in the uni-assist website under certificate section are my attaching both OND & BSC certificate as one and upload and OND & BSC transcript as one and upload too............. pls advise.

I started my application for a Canadian work visa/permit through an agent per say since Nov'18 2018,
Did my upfront medical May'30- 2019,
My Biometric and submitted application Sept' 2019. And uptil date no response as regard my application.

Ur opinion is needed..... Tnks
