They can still cause artificial scarcity at will and hike the price as usual. Men and women are wired differently, the Importance/Value a woman puts on her private part is the same Importance a man puts on his money, men place little or no value on their private parts.
Even the husband of the said woman looking for help won't render help to another woman without looking for something in return.

Bello took money without Council meetings or approval for his personal gain from the state coffer. If it is for bloated contracts that isn't something to be worry about provided the procument commission and the appointed commissioner have its signature on it.
