seyewest: I already said they are rumors. Just trying to share some of what I ve heard maybe I ll be helping someone not to believe them. Thanks |
Someone once told me a family was denied entry because the kids were asked a few questions and they answered they were still in school the previous day. I do not believe such but a lot of rumors spreading like wild fire.i heard it’s not advise-able to enter through jfk because it is the pathway to cross to canada Someone even said a guy was denied entry because the Naija number on his ID card was called and the person that answered said wrong number I actually do not believe they would call a Naija number from there. What if it falls to midnight in nigeria. Will they expect the person to pick calls in the middle of the night. I just had to post this so someone might find it useful just as I ve found a lot of useful info around here. Thank you to everyone that has contributed positively |
Do immigration officers in the USA ask on why the kids are on vacation in the USA when they should be in school. like going on vacation to the usa in mid september. could that be a problem |
henryhemon:What about school fees, transportaion (if u dont have ur own car). No computer village, wat they have at Banex plaza is ridiculously small. When i was in abuja , i dont buy clothings and phones in abuja. cos u cant even get wat u want |
I have been in Abuja before and i know how lovely Abuja is but the truth is the cost of living is so high. The bottom line is that Abuja is good when all is well but immediately you lose your job, u re in soup. No family, no chance for hustling plus high cost of living. Lagos is easier, you can always manage yorself, cheap accommodation, cheap school fees and so on |

A small pack of biscuit, chocolate with a bottle of soft drinks in backpack is not a bad idea for the ladies as well. 9.
