The company just acquired 11 new helicopters last year and in contract with NNPC, while Buhari is the petroleum minister. It won't surprise me it tinubu owns shares or helicopters in the company. All they have to do is to sign a contract channeling billions to the company as transporters for the FG. Nobody will notice what transpired.
