I recharged my account with call credit from my first bank account on 29th January 2019. My account was deducted buti didn't get the recharge on my phone. I gave mtn customer care a call after 24 hours and provided the necessary information...... Including the reference numbers on those recharge.. While I was told to wait for 24 hours for reversal or recharge. Since then, I have been calling every 24 hours and the same story has continued... This is not the first time I will experience this shameful act... I want the mod to please put this on the front page..... I hereby call on the relevant authorities to please help in this regard.... Mtn Nigeria should wake up and do what Nigerians pay them to do... |
