Though it appears photoshopped but the manifestation of Buhari's mental disorder gaffes started since he came on the political scene in 2003.
The height of it was his numerous unpardonable gaffes during "the candidates" program wherein despite much assistance the president annoying finds it difficult to give simple, correct & coherent answers to questions.

Meanwhile he have already disqualified himself from the presidential race as he have long handed over his presidential flagship to Great Ogburu during the Delta APC guber rally.
