haryomikun: Bros forget Lagos and move to Abuja. At most what you will pay as commission in Abuja is 15%. Better houses and better road network. |

Kfed4ril: ANd one funny thing about it is, if as you are still negotiating the agency+agreement, one young student will just come and pay. The bad thing for the average citizen here is that, it's still the same agreement+commission you pay regardless of it being a single room, room/Parlor, Self-contain, Mini-flat, or Bedroom flats. The only console is that you know that after a year, you won't be paying that much again.

haryomikun: High rent ..... yes, boring.....no. Abuja is not boring one bit and it’s more organized than Lagos where you meet different categories of mad people every day. As someone who have stayed in Abuja almost all my life and someone who has visited Lagos a couple of times, I boldly tell you that I can never base in Lagos. |

Are you talking about a rental? I am not gonna buy a car in the next 10 years, for example. Because I am traveling a lot and in a places where I go I prefer to use a car or bike rental for example. |
