yes! 34=4th day of subsequent month 35=5th 37th=7th

BTW that's all shades of wrong tho. Salary supposed come from 28th, 29th and 30th

LATEST BY 25TH OF THE MONTH.

Diffent companies have different times salaries are paid to their staff. It is mostly from the 24th of the month, upwards. But on the 34th, 5th and 7th isn't it.

Lol, it might be better in other company, but definitely not where I work.

The reason why they do this 60-40 is to tie staff down from resigning their jobs.

When they pay on the 1st of New month and you intend leaving the coy, you will be forced to wait till the 5-6 of the month to collect your remaining salary, if not, it might be difficult for you to get the remaining 40% when you leave there.

It is a very big strategy to keep staff there.

If you work for any company that pays salary in the new month, it clearly shows that the management have no regard for your welfare. I'm talking from experience. I once worked in an organization that pays salary haphazardly at times 3rd, sometimes 6th. It's just a ploy to keep you and to shortchange you. If you are paid at the new month instead of ending, you are missing a month salary annually. Most company that do this don't give staff bonus at the end of the year, they use the remaining one month as bonus for you and you will be happy for those of you that don't know mathematics. I started work June 1, I endured till December and resigned this January. Nobody should use me to climb up unduly. I'm young and promising....

28, 30, 1st, 2nd or 7th is still the same 30 to 31 days cycle. don't get it twisted!
