Business Development Supervisor

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Description
The suitable candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing activities including tracking sales data, developing and maintaining promotional materials inventory, planning meetings and outreaches, maintaining clients’ database, preparing reports and advising on pricing.

Develop relationships with referring physicians, hospitals, HMOs and corporate clients to establish and maintain a referral base for the center.

Manage & coordinate all promotional activities including free medical screening, outreaches, CMEs, etc

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications and announcements, tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.


Qualifications/Skills
BA/BSc/HND in Marketing, Medical Science or related field

Proven work experience as a senior business development executive or a relevant role in medical diagnostics services.

Experience in clients support, corporate and HMO operations.

Market knowledge (Healthcare and Diagnostics sales with a minimum of 5 - 10 years’ experience)

Stakeholder management skills

Communication and negotiation skills
