Moses Oruaze Dickson a Lawyer by training, a serial entrepreneur, and philanthropist.
He is the founder of Modickson Consortium, and also the Chairman, Solalina Investment Group – a proprietary investment company with interest in oil and gas, commercial law, construction, agriculture, transportation and advertising.

5. He founded the Goldcoast Developmental Foundation, a non-profit organization established and nationally registered with the Nigeria's Corporate Affairs Commission in 2013 with focus on Health, Education empowerment and Youth development.

7. He founded Triax Solicitors, a law firm dedicated to working with clients to help them achieve their business goals and overcome legal challenges anywhere in the world in 2016.

8. In 2017, He founded Restitute Nigeria Limited. A claims management company with the goal of pursuing the claims of people who have losses and want recompense or indemnity for injury or loss.

9. Moses belongs to many professional bodies. He is a member of the Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria (APCON), Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (IMCN), Chattered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He also attended a course at the Nigerian Institute of Advanced Legal Studies(NIALS).

10. Moses Dickson is also a prolific writer. His writings mainly focus on law, entrepreneurship and humanitarianism, and they are published in both national and international journals like the International Journal of Law and Management.
