My laptop doesn't find my phone WiFi, but find others.
Other devices find my phone too and connect perfectly.
I really don't have an idea if the fault is from the laptop or the phone.
Note: the phone is a TECNO SPARK 2.

try your phone on another computer to be sure where the fault is from.

It's from your laptops wifi card, but try opening another hotspot with a different device and see if your laptop can search it, if it cannot then you need to replace your computer wifi card or buy external one

Always disable your Data Saver before using Hotspot.
