The Rivers State Command of the Department of State Services (DSS) has arraigned two INEC officials before a Magistrate Court in Port Harcourt for allegedly stealing and selling 3,097 permanent voter cards (PVCs) in the custody of INEC. Both officials in Opobo Nkoro Opobo Nkoro Local Government Area of the State and a Politician were arraigned on Thursday.
