I've tried many times, to lose weight to stick to it, I've lost half a stone before, and then somehow it's creeped back up, maybe I feel my bosoms are getting too small for my liking, or maybe I feel like I've come to terms with what 'God gave me'.

But I'm here again, and for some reason, I'm so happy that I've lost 2 pounds, fair enough the ticket says 1.2 but last week I was 139.9 pounds and this week I'm 137.8, this proves that running on the treadmill does work!!

Aerobics, I was dancing before and I didn't notice much, but I just go on the treadmill 3 times a week, and then I lose a pound.

I'll re-weigh myself tomorrow.

Usually I go through an anoerexic phase, where I am so controlled with my food, because of my success, but then soon after comes the 'acceptance' AND denial phase, where I accept that it's going to take a while, so my depriving myself and being such a control freak isn't the solution, the denial comes in, when I tell myself, that it'll take a very long time to get to where I want to be, so I 'take it slow' I increase the calories etc.

In a way I'm thrilled because I know I did some sneaky things, I had like 4 bagels with thick cream cheese in one day (though it was all I ate), and I drink sugary drinks still and I could work out during some lazy days, but all in all, I didn't gain weight.

Now, to get to my stone off, I just need to lose approx. 12 more pounds (afterwards I can start deciding on whether to go for the ideal 121lbs, btw, I'm 5ft 1 inch/155cm and apple shaped), which if everything goes as planned is 12 more weeks. That might seem long, but I CAN wait tongue.

Tarah.
