Ok, so they are different rules for different set of pple? Is that what you saying ?

CCB are in their right to release Judges forms but politicians own are to be guarded ?

That's also you opinion which you're trying to shove down my throat.
Ononghe is the CJN so he should be above board. Rather than acting like a politician trying to avoid the CCT.
And he also doesn't need PDP or their fans sympathy or defense.

Efcc is just wasting our time and resources. After spending 12years prosecuting Ladoja, Efcc lost the case, it's a big shame.
Very poor investigation protocol and media trial makes prosecution difficult.

You don't win all your cases. Sometimes witnesses refuse to come forward, documents get missing, etc the list is endless

Regurgitating the same old rubbish, day in day out so the gullible wld start believing them as truth.

Reasons why they can’t prosecute a case in court cos they can’t do simple investigation & confirm what constitutes a crime or not. When the courts throw out their nonsense they wld start calling pple names.

With Judges like the one being Investigated how would you get a conviction in corruption cases?

When you get to power or another person gets there they will prosecuted. But Onnoghen or whoever is currently facing trial should take it as their time others time will come. President Buhari won't be there forever.

Since Kemi& Shittu are or were members of d executive as d case may be, wouldn't it have been easier prosecuting them than running after d judiciary which d president doesn't have powers over?

President Buhari will not be there forever, so when you get there or future leader their case could be reopened but this is Onnoghen's time let him face his music perhaps he is unfortunate to be among those facing the music currently in the future Onnoghen will be relaxing while kemi and other will be facing the music. Facing the music is an ongoing process it will stay as long as Nigeria exist.

D constitution recognises d judiciary as an arm of govt independent of d executive and outlined d processes that need 2b followed in dealing with erring judicial officers. And d constitution doesn't give d president powers in this regard.

Now we have Kemi Adeosun & Adebayo Shittu who were and are appointees of d president respectively, who clearly flouted d law as members of d executive. D question I asked is based on d fact that d judiciary is independent of executive, y is d president in a hurry to prosecute members of d judiciary while those in d executive are walking free? Which would have been easier to prosecute by d president, members of d executive or members of d judiciary?

Since buhari wouldn't b there forever, y didn't he leave onnoghen 4 me or any of his successors to investigate& prosecute?

Unfortunate it is what it is, Onnoghen failed to declare about $3m dollars and he is facing the music you cant help anything. The only option for you is go and confront Buhari or do something within you power to change it, if you can't then you are nothing in the scheme of things.

We aren't discussing whether I am in d scheme of things neither are we discussing whether onnoghen did right or wrong. According 2u, d reason y everybody can't b prosecuted by buhari is because d scope is large. Based on that argument, wouldn't it have been easier to prosecute members of d executive who are under d presidents supervision, who broke d law than running after members of d judiciary who d president doesn't have powers over?

And i told you Buhari won't be there forever, if he did not do it someone will come in the future and prosecute those that are free today but the thing is Onnonghen failed to declare his funds and the Government is doing the right thing by prosecuting him wether it's selective or not. If you are clean you can't be selected, you can only be available to be selected only if you are not clean. So stay clean so that you won't be among those selected. Unfortunately Onnonghen did not declare his funds and he was selected. Tommorow someone will come and do he/her own selection.

Onnoghen didn't fully declare his assets. Kemi adeosun forged her NYSC so she could b comnmisioner& later minister. Adebayo Shittu who doesn't have NYSC certificate is still a serving minister under buhari. Y has buhari not sacked him or is he waiting 4 his successor 2do it?

D legality of buhari prosecuting Onnoghen isnt what i asked u. D fact that buhari won't b there forever isn't in dispute. What is in dispute is y is he keen on fighting d judiciary for corruption when members of d executive were he supervises have one stain or d other just like onnoghen? According 2u, d reason y buhari cant prosecute everybody is because "THE SCOPE IS WIDE". Once again, which would b easier 4d president, prosecuting his own people in d executive or prosecuting members of d judiciary? Isn't buhari widening d scope himself by leaving members of d executive & chasing after d judiciary?
