Foundational battles are real and it do occur virtually in every family, I know there would be some argument by many people that I have given my life to Christ and so all foundational pattern's are all destroyed, I want to ask you a question,is it the day a new baby is given birth to he/she start to walk,coming to Jesus at salvation is the beginning of the transformational change in the life of the Christian,there are still more to the eyes that Jesus is going to do in such a life.
Before coming to Christ of an individual, there were some forces in such generation even in the life of such who are working behind the shadow day and night trying to destroy the existence of such family,the devil is quite mischievous and he is so dumb and extremely subtle, he uses one single approach to fight believer's but he do bring such battle in different packages,old product but well re- designed in new package.
Every family has there own challenge's and it does requires divine intervention from God and supernatural wisdom to win the devil using his old approach, why the devil is bent on destroying the works of God? is just because his defeats had already been predetermined in the book of revelation, "And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb,and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death" Rev 12:11 because God is the judge of the whole earth,He already saw the beginning from the end,He is the Alpha and the Omega,the first and the very last,all the earth scenario had been played right at His presence,Him being the only permitted creator knows how all it creation's would function effectively and the creations weaknesses too.
Someone might ask then why did he created us to come here and we now have crisis upon crisis on the very earth He did created? whenever evil or tragedy happens, people start to ask why this? why that? let us go back to the foundation of the earth Gen. 1:31 " And God saw everything that he had made,and behold,it was very good.And the evening and the morning were the sixth day'' as far God Almighty is concerned,the creation of Adam and Eve in the 'garden of Eden' was not temporary, it was meant to be eternal.
In Gen.1:27-28 " So God created man in his own image,in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them,Be fruitful,and multiply,and replenish the earth,and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea,and over the fowl of the air,and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth" all biblical account of God's steps are pre - determined and it does have it own processes,God is always well detailed in His ways and He does not cause confusion when He makes His plans to be revealed to His people.
The whole summary of the creation story is for men to 'dominate and rule forever' on the earth as the God of heaven and the earth rules the heavenlies,the bible says "Ye are god's" we are exactly in Gods image,we have His eternal breathe in our nostrils "And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground,and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life: and man became a living soul" Gen.2:7 .
We have just one maker of the heaven and the earth who is God Almighty alone,we are all His product's, we are 'god's' a baby goat is a goat, a baby dog is a puppy,a baby lion is a curb,the son of God is a 'god' but the devil because he was a fallen angel as given in the book of revelation would never have such supernatural power,grace, wisdom and wealth bestowed upon men,he is so jealous that what he had already missed,so another person would now have such privileges.
So he made a vow "And the dragon was wroth with the woman,and went to make war with the remnant of her seed,which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ" Rev.12:17
This is the major reason I said earlier that the coming to Jesus at the point of salvation is just the starting point,the devil would fight to the last for an escape soul from his kingdom, coming to Jesus is crossing over from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of the light,"In him was life; and the life was the light of men.And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not" from the account of creation,the devil had been fighting with God on the 'dominion' of His creations, the battle for human soul is an eternal battle and it is a deadly fight,the devil already knew he has nothing to loose because he had already been judged by God himself "And the beast was taken,and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him,with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast,and them that worshiped his image.These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone" Rev.19:20.
The devils final destination is already on ground and he knew he got nothing to loose already,so he is working day in day out to molest all God's creation and he started by a single visit to Eve in Genesis and upon that conversation was the beginning of the fall of human nature, and God started to raise men and empowering them with supernatural wisdom, strength and abilities in order to restore men back to Him.
There is no original maker of a product who can watch his/her investment goes in ruin right in his presence. From Noah, Joseph,Moses,Joshua, David,Solomon, Gideon,Samson,Rehoboam,Elijah, Elisha,Deborah and the rest God wanted his prophets to come and 'stand in between the gap' between himself and men and restore all men back to Him and dominate all the way.
But because of men's fallen nature,human were showing the excess weakness they could not retain God's nature in them,so God decided to send His only Son to come and redeem the whole earth,John 3:16 "For God so loved the World,that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life" Jesus has come for the unification of His saint and for the redemption of the church of Christ and the process has already started......
