@POLITICSNGR The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC and the All Progressives Congress, APC has been dragged to court by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP over the alleged participation of Foreigners in Nigeria's Elections. This suit is coming shortly after the participation of governors from Niger Republic at a rally of the APC in Kano state recently. The PDP also joined in the suit as first and third defendants are the Nigerian Immigration Service and the minister of Interior, Abdulrahman Bello Dambazau. The party is asking the court to determine whether foreigners can participate either directly or indirectly in the general elections in Nigeria with regards to the provision of section 12 of the electoral Act 2010 and paragraph 2 of the 2019 INEC regulations and guidelines. It also demanded to know whether it is contrary to Nigerian law and public policy for foreigners to participate in the campaign rally of a Nigerian political party. The opposition party is requesting for the court to declare that foreigners cannot participate either directly or indirectly in the general elections of Nigeria with regard to the provision of section 12 of the electoral act 2010. The PDP also wants the court to issue an order directing the Nigerian Immigration Service and the minister of interior to ensure that foreigners do not participate in the 2019 general elections. PoliticsNGR has copies of the Suit. See Below; https://politicsngr.com/breaking-pdp-sues-inec-ful-court-documents/ 9 Likes 4 Shares

The PDP also wants the court to issue an order directing the Nigerian Immigration Service and the minister of interior to ensure that foreigners do not participate in the 2019 general election Gbam. PDP hit the nail on the head here,it is a known fact that Atiku is a Cameroonian and should not participate in the election. 86 Likes 11 Shares |

Clowns dem..... It's dawning on PDP everyday that the propaganda of hunger isn't working ,South East doesn't have the voters strength and South South has no revenge motive from 2015 going into this election... No matter what, PDP is going to discredit the process, they are just laying the grounds for excuses to their legion of Deluded followers. 28 Likes 3 Shares |

This article is misleading. The court process attached is talking about the plan of INEC to postpone election in some areas because of malfunctioned card readers. Cant find any clause in the process talking about foreigners participation. INEC is the only defendant in the suit as attached. Where is the attached news coming from? Hope it is not what I am thinking? Is it a plan to divert attention from the real issues in court? 11 Likes 2 Shares |

PDP is a bad loser, Saturday never reach they don dey wail, I hope Atiku is keeping part of his loot for tribunal after the election, because he will surely need it. For those of you, with Amnesia that forget things easily. This is where PDP left us o: They handed over a Country where 27 States could not pay salaries, pensioners were owed for decades, nationwide abandoned projects, depleted FX reserves, Boko Haram partying in Abuja... Who is FOOLING Who? 12 Likes 2 Shares |
