I got stuck also on EJ, I had to close to cut loss. I think EJ may go up to a high of 115.70 before retracing.

It's 11am Nigerian time, EURJPY has shown signs of weakness in the just completed 15min candle.
If there's a time to sell, none could be better than when you see a degree two swing high on 15min tf.

it think EU is headed for 1.4215 in a couple of days, am long with small lot sizes, consider the breakout on the 4h and daily chart, dont forget the upward trend pattern also.

Getting set on a revolution against EU! The odds favour a positive NFP and a better unemployment rate. EU may likely heat 1.4xxx before sailing down.

This could be very daring but I like to test how rugged a trading system is in the face of strong news like NFP.
Only take this on a demo, I 'm taking it on my live account though.

I see most pple here are day traders, well I'm a swing trader and generally trade off the daily charts. On my two pairs I intend to do the following

EU - I believe it's due some correction so will long around 13750 area with SL @13650 and TP @ 14350.
GU - Some correction already with a lil' bit to go, plan to long around 16180 with SL @ 16100 and TP @ 17050 (may take profit and re-enter along the way)

Hmmm, the GU looks like a long journey to me, you mean you want to enter 1.70xx from 1.6180 with just 80pips SL?

Hi sis, I strongly suggest that the GU long be taken @ 1.624x or 1.6261 so that we have a support level right behind us. 4hr up trendline in the first case and a horizontal key level in the 2nd instance. Regarding your TP, I also suggest 1.6650/66 as a logical level to exit longs. That's the 88.6% retrace level of the XA leg of a probable bullish butterfly. Talking about swing trading, silver has hit 36.36 and is on the verge of begining a MAJOR bear move. 1st TP is 24.xx Happy trading! Meshach

Interesting posts. Fellas, SL is there to help protect your money so use it! It takes a lot of discipline to stick to SL especially when you see your SL hit, and price gets back to intended direction.

Humans are not tuned for losses but in fx, it is inevitable. Use SL and do yourself some good! I have burned my hands severely because I did not want to take losses (especially consecutively). That is what it takes to be a professional.

considering EU breakout out of 1.3877 on the dailies, i think its time for a fair rally before any meaningful correction.
i trade the daily and 4hr charts.

Summary for posted calls,

TP for Nzd-Usd hit, Close Eur-Jpy in 40 pips loss. Bad trade

Gpd-Usd is set for a little down trend. Sell GU at 1.6193 with TP at 1.6148. That's roughly a 40 pips trade. Don't have time to explain now cos I'm late for school. Goodluck.
