what i want igbos who read this post right here should ask themselves, why is Tinubu and Buhari APC sponsored BMC pushing all these Naratives now that we are nearing elections? Why are Nairaland mods now tolerant. and accomodating of Igbos ideologies and their interests? Dear Igbos reading this post, I wish some of you knew what Ndigbo were before the civil war, Ogbos were a dignified and gracious people. But after the civil war, Igbos were turned into scavengers and dropped to gutter level. Why am I reminding Igbos all of this? Well After that unfortunate and needless war, certain interest sat down and made certain pronouncements that has been why igbos have remained at a certain level in Nigeria. Tgere was a time no Igbo officer was allowed to get up to the rank of General in the armed forces, there was a time Igbos were never allowed to get to certain post in the federal govt, there was a time Igbos were not no matter how qualified allowed to head certain security structures.
Well my dear, Somw of the forces that sat down to inact such retrogressive forces against Igbos have now renegaded and realised for their own interest to be preserved in what Buhari and his faceless backers are plotting to implement, Ndigbo must be brought back in to reckoning and the political space.
Ty Danjuma, Gowon and Obasanjo has finally realized the monster those laws they with the support of others implementedvover the years has created is now on course towards consuming them.
They have now agreed that Ndigbo must be brought back into the fold, Ndigbo must no longer be reoressed or kept from ascending to their rightful place in Nigeria. This is why under OBJ/Atiku presidency, Igbos were brought into the mainstream and think tank of Economic and policy implementation unlike before. But thos negative and divisive forces stood firmly against it then, but thank God they didnt succeed cos Baba knew the danger.
Under Goodluck, He broke off a major chip of the stumbling wall they built against Igbos, He made an Igbo man Chief of Army staff a never been imagined feat. Igbos also occupied certain ministries that some interest thought as their exclussive right. This is why they demonized Prof Bart, Oduah and Okonjo Iweala. Star performers that despite they have retaken these posts, they have no choice bit to continie woth the laudable programmes that those Ogbos they demonized have put in place.
Today Nigeria is on the brink of pulling down a huge and great chunk of the strong hold and barrier against the true healing, unity, and justice that has prevented to a great extent the collective advancemwnt of this Nation, the secret forces that have fought against the reintegresion of Ndigbo into Nigeria are at it again. Makes one wonder, how can a man think he can sleep well when he has refused to let go of his neighbours throat? Ndigbo this is the time to be wise and smart. Thisvis not the time to make noise or beat chest, this is a time to act with wisdom, humility and fairness. This is a fight to protect the freedom and justice enshrined in the Nigerian Constitution. Come out enmass and vote Ndigbo, do not give those that have mocked you for the past 50years continue to do so, pls come out and vote.
it is time to show the world you are not the demon they told their Children you are, it is time to fight not oy for your selves, but even for the minorities in the North who are slaughtered everyday, they deoend on only you now for support against what the demonic govt have set out to do. This is not a time to mock those who hoined forces in killing your people, this is a time to tell them you have forgiven and have moved on. Show them your fight over these years was simply to protect the right of the oppressed. its time to make a statement, everyone deserve justice, fairness and opportunities. Come out and vote.
