It is important that you plan your business in such a way that your materials are easier to transport. Site your collection point close to the recycling factory for easy transportation of materials.

Sorting
It is necessary that every plastic item is separated according to its make and type so that it can be processed accordingly in the shredding machine. The plastic material used to make drinks and the ones used for PVC ceilings and drums are different. You need to sort out the various types of plastics before you take them to the factory for shredding and crushing.

Else, you probably will earn very low on the plastics you have collected. The thing about the plastic recycling is that the more value you add, the more money you earn.

Washing
Once the sorting has been done, the plastic waste needs to be washed properly to remove impurities such as labels and adhesives. This enhances the quality of the finished product. You earn more doing this.
