The year 2019 is a defining year for our country Nigeria, being an election year and as is common in such times, there is uncertainty as to the outcomes of the elections and the direction of the country. Hence, skepticism and caution are the de facto ethos of every individuals when it comes to money matters and investing. A fact which we at Terranuova Global Services Limited recognize, as we introduce you to our financial advisory and investment management services.



Terranuova is a firm with expertise in financial advisory and investment management services. We straddle the-often times-challenging domestic and international financial landscape, all the while balancing our Client expectations with the vagaries of the financial system and government regulation. Our quantitative and qualitative suite of services comprises of planning, risk perception, oversight and supervision of client finances. Our services are built on the platform of utmost good faith and fiduciary responsibility-loyalty, care and full transparency. This is evident in our successful track record of identifying and investing in viable business prospects: Small & Medium size Enterprises (SMEs) with reasonable turnover, ran by credible individuals.



We have consistently delivered returns of up to 50% on Clients' assets entrusted to us, yearly, with minimal losses by reason of our investment strategy and background in commercial/investment transactions. This is as we invest funds entrusted to us in businesses (general commodities) offering a range of goods and services such as: transportation; agriculture; supply of PMS/diesel, Low Pure Fuel Oil(LPFO); purchase of treasury bills/commercial papers; supply of hotel and medical Equipments,sale of Pharmaceutical goods; bakery & restaurants as well as sale of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages. This is all the while using the instrumentality of the law to ensure that our partners deliver on their contracts with us.



About The Investment

We offer attractive returns on investments on the following terms: -



 Monthly….5% (minimum investment period of 12months/1 year)



 Five months……25%( in 5months )



*please note that Clients can, at the end of the 12 & 5 months’ investment tenure: request the return of your principal investment alongside your returns, hence effectively terminating your contract with us. or compound your investment returns . However, please bear in mind that these aforementioned rates for the 12 and 5months returns is liable to review upon conclusion of the investment cycle.




This investment proposal is to grant access to partners who are willing to make profit in our commodity trading business

We have two (2) types of investment portfolio,



Regular account (₦200,000- ₦4,000,000) which attracts a 5% ROI monthly.



Premium Cooperate account (₦5,000,000 and above) which attract 7.5% ROI monthly



Ultimate Cooperate account (₦10,000,000 and above) which attract 10% ROI monthly.



Investors are allowed to invest their capital within a minimum period of five months to one year to make between 5 - 7.5% profit monthly on the capital after which the capital will be refunded back to the investor and if the investors so wishes can re-enter into another contract with us.

NOTE:

We pay 5% profit for regular accounts and 7.5% and 10% for cooperate accounts every 4 weeks on the capital.

Investment cycles ranging from 5months to 12 months..



Before the commencement of Investment, the following conditions have to be met;

Registration: The investor is mandated to register with us; The registration involves giving us your full details. Documentation and Memorandum: The registration fee is ₦20000 for regular investor and ₦50000 for cooperate Investor
