Our Client, A boutique hotel located in the GRA area of Port Harcourt is looking to recruit a food and beverage Supervisor to boost its operations.
Qualification
• Minimum First Degree
• Previous supervisory experience in a food and beverage supervisory position
• Proven track record in social and corporate catering
• Strong Leader of people
• Strong presentation skills
• Must be willing to work varied hours

Job Description
• Supervise team members in all restaurant services and operations
• Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints
• Demonstrate knowledge of the menu, beers, wines, liquors, specialty cocktails, drink service and bar terminology
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant area and ensure equipment is well-maintained
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, third-party liability, liquor laws and alcohol awareness standards and procedures
• Create revenue-generating opportunities.
• Perform staff and additional duties, as required
