No Idea.... I still don't get the need for so much paper works. Contract letters will be issued after documentation, then we'll know

If you did medicals, then you should get documentation mail. Refresh your mail, check your junk/spam folders. It could be in there

Is the interview in batches? Did you receive any mail from workforce that you passed after the test?

I have seen the offer letter and my "own" interpretation of it is monthly.

I don't know how the EL program will run yet...but i believe that the first batch (EL) will have to complete their training before any other batch can resume...you need to wait for about 2months more.
