Evaluate your MBA. In your simulation, select your MBA, input IELTS scores of LRSW: 8777 or higher and recalculate your scores.

Yes it can.

Thanks. Does it mean it can be combined with B.Sc. to give 2 or more certificates?

Hi nnetayo, or anyone that submitted payslips, please how many payslips did you submit when you got the ADR, is it the whole number of years you worked? so for like 3years work experience I will submit like 36 payslips, also for the bank statement did you print just the page of your salary for the total number of years? I am thinking how cumbersome this will be
nnetayo:
*Looonnnggg post alert*

On the 8th of March, I got an ADR for payslips, bank statement highlighting my salary deposits, schedule A and additional family information, then I knew- He was about to come through. I had proactively filled out all the forms so as soon as I got to work on Monday, I printed my payslips and uploaded everything then the 2nd phase of the wait began.

On the 5th of April, I was in this very terrible traffic and I decided to have an honest conversation with God. I didn't pretend about my expectation, I bared my soul to Him and asked Him to answer speedily! That same night at about midnight, my husband called and was at the verge of tears. The promotion list in his office had been released and after waiting for 67 months, his name wasn't on the list. I knew then that God was about to do something bigger than that promotion and bigger than all the other small things we had been hoping for. I comforted him and stayed up until he got home, I was afraid to tell him what I was feeling in my heart but I went ahead still and we agreed that it would be from my lips to God's ears.

The PPR rain started in an Accra Visa Office WhatsApp group that I eventually joined, I was so sure mine would come within the first few days and then my hope started wearing thin but I held on to God and stayed in praise mode constantly.

I got ghost update on the 17th of April and I celebrated it as a small victory.

Ladies and gentlemen, this morning, God confirmed His word! The email has landed and the feeling is indescribable. I'm overwhelmed right now, I don't know how to explain it but I know enough to know that we serve a mighty God, the one who breaks protocols for our sake. The one opens a door and no man can shut it.

I can't thank Him enough for taking me through the University of Patience. I've come out a better person. I'm thankful for the time I've spent waiting because it has helped me prepare to an extent for where I'm going (my best friend in Canada says I'm even more knowledgeable than herself who lives there)

It is my prayer that the one who did it for me would do it for each and every one of you looking up to him for their own testimony.

Now the real panic attack has set in...I leave at the end of June and there's so much to be done but I trust the one who has brought me this far to hand hold me through every planning process till I get on that flight with my family and settle in at the other end of the world!

I had to come back to my first PPR journey family to share this and to use the opportunity to thank the amazing, selfless human that is NewMum. Even after completing the journey and through the process of settling down in Canada she still finds time to check up on me and my application. She never stopped prophesying good news even until last week and now see what God did

Summary of timeline:

Guys please i have a question. Can the spouse who is not the primary applicant use IELTS academic to add point to the cars score of primary applicant.
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 7 by amaya21: 4:13pm On Apr 24, 2019
I think it has to be IELTS General...Academic doesn't count for EE

Use just your MBA for your ECA so when you're simulating your CRS, select masters degree. Also as someone else as advised, use 8777 for LRWS for your IELTS.
All the best

Welcome Tosin, your search did you justice by landing you here but to be detailedly clear and not be hoodwinked, I will suggest you read up page one, it has all you need and will be needing.

Secondly, if his job title is BDM, it may be NOC 0121 but can you paste your spouse job duties for the amiable seniors to use inner eyes to view it? All the best.

True. I think the problem is when there is a disparity between the JD in the ref letter and the NOC

Topsmamen:

Doubtful. I don’t think some NOCs are more scrutinized than others.

Ok let me try to do a better job. We started this process In February of 2017. We requested WES evaluation after obtaining our transcripts. Wify was the primary applicant. During our time, we didn’t have to do evaluation for WAEC. I think the WES report came around May or June. We wrote IELTS in April and passed at the first attempt. Then we calculated our score, it was around 407. Hmmm, we knew we had to add something to get a higher score. Fortunately for us, wify was in her final year with university of Roehampton online MBA program. So we waited till July of 2018 when she completed the program , then we added her masters and scored 443. That was in August 2018. We entered the pool and by September we got ITA. For the medical, I walked into IOM at ikeja GRA and got an appointment for October 24th I think. We submitted our application on November 2nd, did biometrics in the first week of December and then got PPR April 2019. I think this is better

On ADR request, if you can provide payslips, then you must provide LOE to explain why you can't.

nelronaldo:

Big congratulations to you.

Please what is this famous five ADR? I know pay slips, bank statement and background information are part of the famous ADR.

In addition, peradventure one is asked to submit the famous 5 ADR and cannot get pay slips for any of the places he worked but just bank statement for the period the salary was deposited into his account and just salary certificate for the period he was paid cash. Would this suffice?

Ko jo o. Let's be careful with this NOC matter. It's good we want to help out but let's be careful when suggesting. 2263 does not look like a good fit IMO sha. It is aligning more with environmental and occupational health.

NOC 2263.

No one here can guarantee you anything regarding job prospects in Canada in whatever field you desire to specialise in. There are jobs in Canada but when and which one you would get is unknown until you get it. This journey is uncertain. We are all hoping for the best, just like you are. What I would advice is, google the jobs you want to do in Canada, look at the requirements and skillset demanded, then start learning it now (this is best post-AOR period). If you have not entered the pool, do the basics first. Be assured that what you studied in Nigeria is not a death sentence, you can always switch when you get there. Just like I wasted that 5 years. I thought I'll be taught practicals, even not much but at least, handle something but no, theory upon theory. It was during my IT I was actually seeing how some electrical components work. All I do in the uni is just to read and pass.. I don't understand most of them. The only thing I know I got right and I truly understand was engineering mathematics, other courses? So much imagination in mind.. Nothing to explain it.

That's why I came to ask for opinions here.. I don't want to learn networking and find out later that it doesn't have reasonable income in Canada, I don't want to learn how to drive fork lift and find out later that there are few industries that uses them, I don't want to learn plumbing and notice that Canadian government has provided provision for her people

I used those links to draft mine. Yes it should be stamped and signed. After you draft yours, I can crosscheck via pm

I submitted only reference letter in CIC format and salary certificate.

Good day ladymarshall.
Please, I would also appreciate the draft/format of your salary certificate.
Did you have yours stamped?
Please, what other document did you submit for your proof of employment?

Full PPR gist
Long gist alert from a silent reader.
So it all started in 2017 when i got married. I did my masters in Canada finished in May 2017 and i went ahead to seek immigration advice(we have free immigration consultation for students) as to how to bring my husband( then fiancee) over here. Anyways, they recommended that he should come for my grad with visiting visa and afterwards we file for post grad work permit together inland. My dear it didn’t work o! Thats how they refused him visa but not only that, the gave him 5 year ban for misrepresentation. Imagine how devastated we were, we had to get a lawyer involved which means a lot of monies were spent. It was a tough time for us (bare in mind that this ban wasn’t his fault, it was because they said he had been to US and he didn’t declare it Meanwhile, my husband has never been to US even up until now.) to cut the long story short we won the case and they asked him to submit updated information regarding the visitors visa for free and removed the ban but at that point we decided to do Express entry so we told them my grad was already over and we were not interested. So from Jan 2018 we gathered money and saved up to apply in August 2018. At this point we were still doing long distance marriage and trust me this process lead to a lot of issues grin

I find the bolden rather weird, I know our UNIs don't have lots of equipment and machines and there could be population overload for those available. However saying you didn't do practicals at all is surprising.

In my uni, we had practical courses every semester from year 2 to the penultimate year.

Hi Good people, I got an ITA but I included my spouse in EOI although as non-accompanying. She has 2 kids that are not mine and they cannot leave the country to join me. Now, our relationship is estranged and there is no way she will assent to get a police report nor accompany me to get medicals done with the kids as requested by in the application. Honestly, our issues have nothing to do with my application to relocate. So, should I decline the application as apply as married living separately or go ahead with my application and explain the situation with a letter of explanation? Please, I need opinions.
