In an article that we've been furnished with, purportedly published on Feb 14, 2019 · Bruce Fein and his Law Firm has confirmed after returning home from ICC in the Hague where they filed a petition against Buhari, his Army Chief, Gen. Buratai and the other partners in crime. You may say that petitions have been filed against Buhari before now, but, nothing came out of it.

There is a massive difference between those so-called petition filed against him in the past and this one submitted by Constitutional and International Attorney Bruce Fein. He went there in person & sat down with the prosecutor and presented lots of evidence. Since this case is now in court with the ICC, we cannot go further.

However, the overwhelming evidence provided will speak for itself. This is one of the phases in the restoration of Biafra. Unfortunately, we cannot make any of the court documents available now, since this case is in court. Below, is the video of the interview with Bruce Fein and his partner after filling the petition with ICC.

Please do understand that this petition was filed under Article 15 of the Rome Statute in the International Criminal Court. Under this article, nobody is immune from persecution, even the President of the United States.

Therefore, Mr. Buhari must inevitably face prosecution, regardless of him winning or losing the Nigerian Presidential election. Ekwe Neche said.
