Yes the number one problem Nigeria have and the number one reason why Nigeria is corrupt, shattered, futureless, disorganized, poverty-ridden is tribalism and religious bigotism, so you are right.

Nigeria's problem will never be solved until Nigerians honestly admit that Nigerians as a whole are tribalistic and also religious bigots.

Once Nigerians accept that truth, then they can start to seek for a solution which is any of these:

1.) Peaceful separation of Nigeria so that every region or tribe that feel they want to go and form their own independent country is allowed to go in peace.

So if Yorubas desire to remain as one nation with Hausa-Fulani, then they can go ahead freely and not to continue to use other tribes to buy favour from Hausa-Fulani and be forming fake lovers.

2.) Total restructuring of Nigeria to make Nigeria a total independent regions united by one nation.

Under that structure, each of the 6 geopolitical zones can exist as a semi nation with their own local Police, bilaws, educational policies, they can also select their regional religion and laws and have their own Regional Ministers who will then represent them at the central government to be headed by Council of Ministers, and each Regional Minister will head the central government for one year, and their tenure will last for 6 years until the 6 regional ministers head the central government and new ones will be elected from their regions.

Each region will also manage their regional resources and remit a certain stipulated percentage to the central government.

The central government will only focus on foreign affairs, national security and other issues.

Without any of these happening, no hope for Nigeria till eternity
