A 6-year-old girl identified as Angel, from Akwa Ibom State, but resident in Obiofia-Nnewichi, Nnewi, with her parents, was allegedly defiled by a 40-year-old man identified simply as Chukwudi, aka Alaukpor from Ukpor, Nnewi South LGA.

According to the mother, it took the little girl a very long time to return to the shop. She said that she noticed the strange way her daughter was walking, but overlooked it.

She continued: “After the night’s business, we went home. It was my husband that noticed that some fluid was coming out from her vagina. He called my attention to that, I cleaned it and slept. In the morning, my husband called his sister, who was a nurse and explained the situation. She advised that we should consult a medical doctor for advice. When we met a doctor, he conducted a test and told us that the fluid was sperm.
