The railway revolution was started by PDP government. Obasanjo was the first to repair the narrow gauge between Lagos and Kano and PH to (I think) Makurdi or beyond. Jonathan signed and constructed Abuja to Kaduna standard gauge. The tracks had been fully laid, and all FG counterpart funding were fully paid before Buhari took over. Same for Abuja metro rail. All Buhari has done is to construct Lagos to Ibadan standard gauge (and it's even only the Lagos to Abeokuta portion that is ready now). Let me also remind you that PDP government signed that contract.
Every government has been constructing roads, so no big deal. Jonathan for example dualised and repaired Abuja to Lokoja and Ore to Benin expressways respectively.

We saw that for 16years. Seamless corrupt money flowing leading to absence of Power, road infrastructure, rail, and employment. We saw all of that for 16years. We saw men rigging elections. Atiku is too fresh, presidential, atikulated to be Nigeria president. When you see a president, you'll know you've seen a president not one one unatikulated person somewhere parading himself. Atiku is coming. Nigeria shall be united and great again. Vote a fresh, sound and intellectual man as president and the country will love forward.
Incoming president of Nigeria by God's special grace come Saturday...HE Atiku Abubakar.

Atiku looks uncomfortable and very concern (he has spent too much money to lose this election)....Things may also be falling apart within the PDP party.
