THINGS TO LOOK OUT FOR WHEN CHOOSING A TREADMILL.

-ensure its a foldable type as this will help u manage space.

- make sure to ensure that no one among the users weighs higher than the specified user weight

-ensure its music enabled as this would spur u to exercise more.

- know the capacity of treadmill you want which are e.g the HP's, AC or DC motor type u want.

AC AND DC DEFINITION MEANS THE KIND OF MOTOR INSIDE THE TREADMILL.

AC motor treadmill series are built for commercial use while the DC motor treadmill series are built for home use.

- AC treadmill series should be able to carry a maximum user weight of 150kg to 180kg in some cases 200kg according the hp of the series.

-DC series user kg normally starts from 90-140kg according to the hp of the series.

- AC series which is commercial standard series comes and starts from 3.5hp,4hp,4.5hp,5hp,6hp,7hp, etc this also implies to the tokunbo treadmills or foreign used ones.

- DC hp series starts from 1hp,1.2hp1.5hp,1.75hp,2hp,2.2hp,3hp,3.5hp,4hp and this also implies to the tokunbo treadmills or foreign used ones.

Another question often asked is the difference auto incline makes in a treadmill.

Its nice to have an auto inclined treadmill as the auto incline machine serves as a resistance while u exercise.

This auto incline machine when inclined makes u have a resistance feel as if u a jogging and trying to get to the top of a hill which is very good for building fitness endurance. But it has a disadvantage which is, its not ideal for those with waist aches issues as its tends to strain the area more as a result of the body weight stress been piled on your waist while the treadmill is inclined.

Advice - for those with waist ache issues you can either decide to get an auto inclined treadmill as most of today treadmill comes with auto incline machine but desist from using the auto inclined machine in it pending when u are free from the strain or you go all out for the type without auto incline.

But if u are free of waist strain then enjoy your auto incline enabled treadmill.
