This is quite shameful. Africa is in the news again after a Ghanaian woman was seen begging on a train in Germany for a church project.

According to the woman, she said they are building a church for Jesus Christ to come and live in Ghana.

She said there are too much problems in the West African country such as hunger, that's why they are raising 100 million dollars to build the church for Jesus to come and solve their problems.

She was totally ignored by the foreigners on the train while soliciting funds for the "project".

This is coming weeks after a Nigerian woman was spotted begging on the streets of Canada.

Ok apparently she's a Former AIDS Ambassador and not a beggar .Why did you post half baked news.

Joyce Dzidzor Mensah has been explaining why she had to go on a German train to beg for money to “support Ghanaians build a church.”
She told NEWS-ONE she did that because she is “a concerned citizen”.
A video making rounds on social media over the weekend captured Dzidzor Mensah on board a train begging for funds from the passengers.
Speaking sarcastically to those passengers, she said Ghana is in dire need of funds to put up a church “for Jesus Christ to come and live in Ghana because we have too much (sic) problems.”
“We do not have enough schools for the children, we do not have enough drinking water, we do not have ambulances so when people fall sick they die,” she added
Carrying a yellow bowl, Joyce Dzidzor moved from one passenger to the other urging them to make a donation from an amount of €100 before eventually settling on €50.
The video attracted a lot of condemnation from Ghanaians who think she has disgraced Ghana out there.
Some Ghanaians have also interpreted her action as a ploy to poke fun at President Akufo-Addo’s decision to build a national cathedral for Ghana.
When NEWS-ONE contacted her to find out if it was a skit, she said, “I wasn’t really doing that for money. It’s not a movie either. I am only a concerned citizen.”

She might be a "concerned citizen" but she was REALLY begging/asking for money on the train in Germany. What is different from the post you brought here and the one published above. The main thing is that she was begging for money. Whatever her reason might be is her own concern.

You don't have to be overly concerned. Two wrongs don't make a right. Agreed. She was a former ambassador... and all of that. That still doesn't change the fact she begged for alms and she was ignored. undecided

You don't caution a barking dog by barking at it. Else you will be tag a human dog.

What she protrayed is void of wisdom in its entirety.
