FEMALE INFERTILITY

THE WOMAN'S MONTHLY CYCLE
1) Each month a ripe egg or ovum (occasionally two) is released from one of the ovaries. This is called ovulation.
2) The ripe egg begins to travel down the fallopian tube. It is here that it may be fertilized by a man's sperm.
3) If the egg is not fertilized by a sperm, it passes out of the body through the vagina which is known as the monthly period.

IMPOTENCE
Impotence is a condition that consistently affects a person's ability to achieve or maintain an erection, or ability to achieve ejaculation. It's a form of erectile dysfunction (ED). There can be several contributing factors for impotence. These include both emotional and physical disorders.

MALE INFERTILITY, EJACULATION, IMPROVE SPERM COUNT
Male infertility refers to a male's inability to cause pregnancy in a fertile female. In humans it accounts for 40–50% of infertility. It affects approximately 7% of all men. Male infertility is commonly due to deficiencies in the semen, and semen quality is used as a surrogate measure of male fecundity.

Signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer may include:
• Abdominal bloating or swelling.
• Quickly feeling full when eating.
• Weight loss.
• Discomfort in the pelvis area.
• Changes in bowel habits, such as constipation.
• A frequent need to urinate

PROSTATE CANCER
Prostate cancer is cancer that occurs in the prostate a small walnut-shaped gland in men that produces the seminal fluid that nourishes and transports sperm.
Prostate cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in men. Usually prostate cancer grows slowly and is initially confined to the prostate gland, where it may not cause serious harm. However, while some types of prostate cancer grow slowly and may need minimal or even no treatment, other types are aggressive and can spread quickly.
Prostate cancer that's detected early when it's still confined to the prostate gland has a better chance of successful treatment.

BREAST LUMP
A breast lump is a localized swelling, protuberance, bulge, or bump in the breast that feels different from the breast tissue around it or the breast tissue in the same area of the other breast.

BRONCHITIS
Bronchitis is an inflammation of the bronchial tubes, the airways that carry air to your lungs. It causes a cough that often brings up mucus. It can also cause shortness of breath, wheezing, a low fever, and chest tightness. There are two main types of bronchitis: acute and chronic.

COUGH
A cough is a reflex action to clear your airways of mucus and irritants such as dust or smoke. It's rarely a sign of anything serious. A "dry cough" means it's tickly and doesn't produce any phlegm (thick mucus). A "chesty cough" means phlegm is produced to help clear your airways.
It's the body's way of getting rid of phlegm or mucus. ... If you are coughing up thick green or yellow phlegm, or if you are wheezing, running a fever higher than 101 F, having night sweats, or coughing up blood, you need to see a doctor. These may be signs of a more serious illness that needs to be diagnosed and treated.

CHRONIC CHOLECYSTITIS
Chronic cholecystitis is characterized by repeated attacks of pain (biliary colic) that occur when gallstones periodically block the cystic duct. In chronic cholecystitis, the gallbladder is damaged by repeated attacks of acute inflammation, usually due to gallstones, and may become thick-walled, scarred, and small.
Symptoms of cholecystitis
• Severe abdominal pains that may feel sharp or dull.
• Abdominal cramping and bloating.
• Pain that spreads to your back or below your right shoulder blade.
• Fever.
• Chills.
• Nausea.
• Vomiting.
• Loose, light-colored stools.


CATARACT
A cataract is a clouding of the lens in the eye which leads to a decrease in vision. Cataracts often develop slowly and can affect one or both eyes. Symptoms may include faded colors, blurry vision, halos around light, trouble with bright lights, and trouble seeing at night. This may result in trouble driving, reading, or recognizing faces. Poor vision caused by cataracts may also result in an increased risk of falling and depression. Cataracts cause half of all cases of blindness and 33% of visual impairment worldwide.
Cataracts are most commonly due to aging but may also occur due to trauma or radiation exposure, be present from birth, or occur following eye surgery for other problems. Risk factors include diabetes, smoking tobacco, prolonged exposure to sunlight, and alcohol

Symptoms: Faded colors, blurry vision

FIBROID
Fibroids are abnormal growths that develop in or on a woman's uterus. Sometimes these tumors become quite large and cause severe abdominal pain and heavy periods. In other cases, they cause no signs or symptoms at all. The growths are typically benign, or noncancerous. The cause of fibroids is unknown.
