1. 64 x VSAT terminals and ancillary equipment on lease terms as a Turn Key project
2. Maintenance of the 64 x VSAT terminals and ancillary equipment at the following locations: 64
States/Counties in Southern Sudan (Central Equatoria State, Eastern Equatoria State, Western Equatoria
State, Lakes State, Warrab State, Nothern Bahr El Ghazzal State, Upper Nile State, Jonglei State and Unity
State);
3. The 64 x VSAT terminals in Para. 1 meeting the minimum specifications (Antenna, Modem/Router,
BUC, DVB, etc);
4. Unfiltered dedicated internet service with upload/download bandwidth (Uplink/Downlink: 64Kb-256,
128Kb-256Kb, 128Kb-512Kb);
5. 24 hours/days a week helpdesk availability for technical assistance with equipment and service
failures;
6. Evidence that the company is registered and licensed to provide VSAT services (copies of
registration and licenses to be submitted);
7. The anticipated contract period is envisaged to be for a period of six (6) months with an option to
extend for three (3) additional months, on monthly basis.
