As @ 8.45 the inec officials for unit 21, 20 are yet to arrive. Also noticed that Sowore's agent is secretly campaigning for its candidate which is wrong. |

The nysc staff in unit 21, just confirm manual accredition, he said if the card reader does not read a candidates finger print, they will authenticate it manually |
