What they meant is that they have your soft copy but yet to get the certified hard-copy which usually takes 3-7 days for them to acknowledge that they hv received it from the Currier service. So they did the evaluation base on the soft copy of your document uploaded on their portal. I am very sure it took you time to send the hard-copy to them after you submitted your online application. Don't panic It happened to me, all you need to do now is write to them through their contact form and tell them that you have sent the certified hard copy stating the date, they will get back to you in few working days. Based on all i have read, if i am applying for 4schools with similar documents via uniassit... One set of documents which is couriered to them is enough for all four applications... Please someone to confirm this for me please. I have 3 applications sent. Pending wen its sent to them. Pls advice
