Is God Trying To Say Something To The Church Concerning President Buhari? by Nobody: 7:02am On Feb 24, 2019 |
There seem to be a preconception and opinion held by a lot of church folks and their leaders that President buhari is a religious bigot, a devil's advocate, an ethnic jingoist, a paedophile, an agent of darkness, the real enemy etc. And this led to them not only denouncing him as such, but also extending such disapproval to anyone that supports or associates with him. And moreover there have been several curses rained by some church leaders from the pulpit, upon his person and leadership of the nation, and also the support that he enjoys, such as that the popular unleashing of "the gates of hell" upon his ambition and campaign of becoming president of the nation by one of them, and the others who prophesied of his death, amongst others. However in spite of all this opposition, attacks, and curses his person and his support base has endued from the church front, he not only won the presidential elections at the time, but also against the odds became the first democratic elected president to unseat an incumbent. Then he got really sick to even the point of death, that it was already being rumoured and celebrated in some quarters that he had died, inclusive of church folks, but out of the hopeless situation and shadows of death he emerged to be stronger and better health-wise than he had been prior to the state of his health before taken ill. And then the instance of his VP, who has been demonized and blacklisted by church folks and her leaders only brought upon him by the reason of his association with President Buhari, unusually surviving a usually fatal helicopter crash, to the extent that after the crash, he and the passengers with him who all survived the crash were able to seamlessly continue with their initial plans and program for the day as though nothing ever happened. And now to add to all these, in spite of the strong opposition yet of such ones of the church and their church leaders to his reelection bid, the elections results released thus far appear to have all but confirm that his reelection was already a settled matter even before it happened? So going by all these signs, if president Buhari was indeed all that the church folks say that he is, then tell me why God is not answering their prayers or granting the wishes of such so called "men of God" and also such church folks who think that they are children of God? I believe one serious lesson that the church can benefit from this contrary results to their prayers and expectations is that God doesn't follow man, but it's man that ought to follow God, otherwise man would be seen to walking on his own. Maybe that's the reason for the extent of the lack of backing that today's church is receiving from God, because God cannot back something that hardly represents His interest, purpose, plans, judgments, and His Word. So it's up to the church to learn and hence begin to align itself with God's agenda, otherwise it would only find itself being left completely out of it. A word is enough for the wise. 12 Likes 8 Shares |

Why not be specific with your accusation of people raining curse from the pulpit upon Buhari's Presidency. Be specific with your words and stop concocting weighty things on a faceless forum. 4 Likes |

Vinstel:OK you seem to be living under a stone, as you are not following the official results being released at polling units, ward level, and even LGA etc. for instance that of Ado-Ekiti? Well i didn't need for the election to take place first before knowing the obvious outcome, but for the likes of you that needed such, only a matter of time before we'd find out who the real mumu is. 1 Like |

hisgrace090:I don't pray such prayers any longer because I have come realize that the most chanced candidates are selected by a small group of mostly anti-God party members at the primaries. Like in 2015, this time I didn't bother voting because the best candidates have been rigged out at the party level and what we are seeing are candidates that are ready to protect their respective backing cabals. Look at all Dasuki has gone through in the hands of Buhari in the last four years, I believe he stole and should suffer but what right has Ameachi and Tinubu got to be roaming free as regional and political godfathers and a minister to Buhari? To that OP talking trash indirectly at Oyedepo, he should remember the story of Pharaoh and Moses, the sent. The children of Israel, which we as saints have become one with spiritually, cried to God but it didn't lead to pharaoh yielding the first time. 4 Likes |

jesusjnr: my bro I don't want to handpick or call names so as not be like attacking some selected personality. but at times I don't feel like church as a result of our practices, I want to practice Jesus not religion - Jesus preaches Love nothing more but our pastors preaches religion. they make us see non-Christian as what? Evil while they are not, do you expect a man you show hostility to return love for it? we tell a man to his face he is evil when he is trying to be nice and expect him to be happy with us? 3 Likes 2 Shares |

SEGLIZ:Bro oh i feel you! You know how far, and I understand your concerns but I want to let you know that when Jesus was here on Earth based on how He attacked such characters of His day in the house of God, He would be probably mentioning Oyedepo's name even more than I do, because such are the ones He personally called blind guides. So men if Jesus would have to be here Himself for such ones to be put in their rightful place then what is my use of being here, I would be a waste of His follower. 2 Likes 3 Shares |

jesusjnr:The "gates of hades" was what made it to media headlines. Oyedepo is always very specific when he speaks. He never accused APC or Buhari and of sponsoring Herdsmen killers, BH, Land grabbers and ritualists massacring people like chickens. He spoke against those as well as the sponsors of violence. Go and check his tapes on YouTube and also check all the prayer points raised in all prayer and fasting session for rescue of Nigeria so far. |

CodeTemplar:So why didn't you accuse him or put it to him to be specific as you've done in my case? But instead you are using the same thing you used to confront me to defend him, so what does that say of you, if not a two-faced double-standard, hypocritical, blind sheeple. Of course i'm not your lord and master so why use the same yardstick for me? 2 Likes 3 Shares |

jesusjnr:Stop feigning stupidity and ignorance at same time. I said Oyedepo has always been specific and so there was no need telling me to ask Oyedepo to be specific. You can't face issues for what they are yet you are first to attack and pretend as if you care about issues. |
Re: Is God Trying To Say Something To The Church Concerning President Buhari? by CodeTemplar: 8:37am On Feb 24, 2019 |
jesusjnr:If not for the fact that hate has consumed you, you should be more concerned about the violence and lack of activities being orchestrated in opposition strongholds. Igbo dominated areas in Lagos saw a lot of unprovoked violence and ballot destruction and that didn't bother you as a renewed being. You are more concerned about spiting Oyedepo. Carry on. |
Re: Is God Trying To Say Something To The Church Concerning President Buhari? by Nobody: 9:00am On Feb 24, 2019 |
CodeTemplar:It strange the length you go to to defend your lord and master, even when you have nothing to do so. How do you mean specific? Did he name anyone? When I did same without naming anyone you said I wasn't specific, so what did I do that he didn't do, or what did I not do that he did? At least try and be consistent with your accusations, and not accuse someone of something wrong, but when someone else does exactly the same thing you use it to justify him. Does that show fairness to you? You know very well Oyedepo hates President Buhari with a passion, and that that utterance "gates of hell" was directed at him, just like my quoting it was directed at him, Oyedepo. So if you like keep dancing around the truth but how can a spiritual blind be able to see the truth? So i fully understand. But speaking of the gates of hell, it seems that's where your lord and master Oyedepo gets his power from, that's why it is so toothless thus far. #powerlesspower |
Re: Is God Trying To Say Something To The Church Concerning President Buhari? by Nobody: 9:08am On Feb 24, 2019 |
CodeTemplar:If Oyedepo doesn't want me to hate him, he should repent from his deception of the flock or leave the church, maybe go into business or something else, because he's one of the reasons many christian are very covetous and corrupt and don't care about moral values any more because of his false teachings, which gives the impression that it's all about the money, and being a man of integrity means nothing. So nobody wants to be poor because to be poor is a curse, so they have to steal, so that they won't be cursed. So already Oyedepo is a cursed man, despite being rich, because he's not rich towards God. 3 Likes 1 Share |
