Not the whole state..and my use of an emoji was a way of saying I meant that that on a light note.

Have you forgotten that Buhari will get nothing less than 30% in akwa ibom and rivers, man is already clearing north Central (niger,kwara,kogi already in the bag, benue and rest to close to call). SE would have to produce at least 8million votes for atiku. For one I know 25% requirements will be met by both candidates it will now go down to the highest nos of votes

Both Atiku and Buhari will meet the requirements and it will all boil down to who has the popular votes because Nigeria does not use electoral college like United States. Popular votes people! That's what you should be concerned about.
