Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has won the presidential election in his home state, Adamawa.

Atiku got a total of 410,266 votes in the 21 local government areas of the state to upstage President Muhammadu Buhari of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who received 378,076 votes.

DAILY POST reports that final result tabulation and official announcement are still being awaited at the Presidential Collation Centre in Yola, the Adamawa State capital.

The North has forced their standard of living on the whole country. Poverty is now normal and sign of uprightness

Atiku score this even in Adamawa, it's finished. His performance in North East is below expectation. Nobody expect Atiku to win the entire North East pull something reasonable. From the result so far, he might only win Adamawa and the margin isn't wide enough. Jus heard Gombe on Channel, he performed so low.
South south and South- East might not be able to rescue Atiku. However whichever the result goes Nigerian will be the Winner
