I told my PDP friends then, they said "eh Saraki doesn't matter, he's just an opportunist" I said "Ok o". Also like you said his plans were not detailed at all. All these rants are bull-crap....APC/buhari were hell bent on rigging,they didnt bother to campaign on issues cos they had nothing to show for their first 4years!!..
