No matter the outcome of this election.....
I will no longer condemn Middle Belt killings by Fulani terrorists

North East killings by Boko Haram terrorists

and North West killings by armed bandits.

I can't be crying more than the bereaved.

Funny grin grin grin.
Making conclusions from an election where the massive rigging was televised and everyone has clips on social media, is like telling everyone that, "look, massive rigging is part of the process!. Let us pretend that is a true result!"
This will lead to voters apathy (just watch what will happen in the gubernatorial elections) and a further destruction of democracy.

Very apt, Midolian. I won't be surprise even after this election. Many Nigerians will still not have learnt the lesson that there's no polling unit on social media.

I tell you, the easiest thing for the average Nigerian youth is to run his mouth, but, when it comes to running their legs to go and vote, it becomes more than a herculean task.

It's a shame.
Let's be fair. Many went out to vote. INEC shifting elections on same day disorganized a lot of people

The only lesson it taught is that human being are mostly stupid and very easy to fool and manipulated. It also shows how evil prevails in most cases as the people who the evil are targeted get easily carried away and brainwashed over vain and trivial issues. The greatest lesson that people will learn from this election is that even though Stockholm syndrome is very real and powerful, when shit gets real and the calamity and pains gets too much, many people's eyes will be open but then, it's mostly too late. Then the poor masses is always the ultimate loser in the whole chessgame

No wahala life goes on, Buhari should do whatever he like to do with Nigeria.

-The middle belt should surrender all their land to Fulani, no one cares if they are massacred.

-Fuel prices up to N250, if you cannot survive you are on your own.

-Naira devaluation to N500 to dollar, if you cannot cope you jump into lagoon.

-Fulani herdsmen own all the land and kill as they like, run from your villages and farm, you die who cares.

Hahahaha where is Bishop Oyedepo, Apostle Suleiman and others? Prophets of Baal. If God truly revealed to them that Atiku was going to be the winner like they claimed, there's nothing that could have changed the will of the Almighty God. I hope their gullible followers will open their blind eyes to see that these so called prophets are liars are deceivers. May God help us all.

You are not making any sense. You didn't acknowledge the deciets and rigging and the violence associated. There are physical proofs of thumb printing in the north. The election is far from free and fair.

Were Is all those nairaland election winners, that used their vote for likes and shares to win this election for atiku? Those very lazy, immature, noisy and deillusioned Nigerian teenagers loitering on nairaland 24/7 typing rubbish, without seating down to listen and learn from the older ones..this would be a very great lesson to you, that buhari is the supreme leader of Nigeria till2023...

Atiku is a politican but not a fighter he should learn powergame from wike, amaechi, rochas , dogara, dino and donald trump to win election
Re: Some Great Lessons Learnt In Nigeria’s Presidential Election by Dee60: 1:15pm On Feb 26, 2019
Lesson 13

Some people kept complaining that the economy has never been so bad. They do not read. Fitch rated Nigeria's economy as the best performing economy in Africa in 2018. The speculation economy is dying while the real economy is growing from the base. We forget that Nigeria is now producing what we hitherto imported in large quantities. Tiles, Rice, even cars by Innoson and patronized by the Military! The urban boys dont like that. They prefer carrying briefcases around looking for oil contracts to inflate and re-sell!

Lesson 14

Election in many places is not always about who you vote for but who you vote against! That is how come Trump will be president again if they vote in America today. Atiku could not win the northern vote even if he contests against an acceptable southerner. People have cultures and values, whether you accept it or not. Northerners will accept someone they perceive as honest but slow long before they consider someone they consider not to be trust-worthy. That perception about Atiku may be wrong, but the problem is that it is still a perception. This is why they voted against PDP massively. PDP lost the day they concluded their primaries! Period. Sadly, many people in the South still think that northerners are a bunch of uneducated people. Live among them and learn. Some of the most honest people in Nigeria live in that region. Give them 5000 naira to keep and come back in 5 years, and find that you still have exactly the same notes you left. Well, this is not to generalise, but it largely applies.

Lesson 15

People you consider as assets may end up being your liabilities. The media men of Jonathan (dont let me mention names again) did him damage by always barking at people, and by shutting down the other opinion. They thought that if you barked the most for your boss you will end with better mileage. Wrong. Who were the chief spokesmen for Atiku? They were the same people who spewed out abuses, lies and falsehood. They were most uncouth in their tweets. They doctored videos, manufactured false prophecies, barked the loudest, and showed little respect for decorum. Their bosses thought they were assets but they would have learnt now that the people they counted as friends were enemies when it comes to elections!

Lesson 16

In winning the battle, dont lose the war! The Kwara chief won many battles, but may not have realized that he was warring against the people. I wonder why he never apologized for calling his senior a 'mere commissioner'. In Yoruba culture, they still cherish the 'omoluabi'. At least he should have shown loudly that he did not say so. Perhaps the problem started from there.

Lesson 17

Dont loose your breath over elections or over politicians. PDP candidate has been in ACN, AD, APC and PDP. Who knows what he will do as he re-strategizes? Especially now that he knows PMB cannot contest again! OBJ's son is chanting hurray now while his father is licking wounds! Expect the unexpected, as they start to move around again in preparation for the next election.

By and large, Nigerians need to learn to practice politics without bitterness.

Saraki and his wife cast their votes in their polling unit,
Buhari and his wife cast their votes, Atiku and his wife cast their votes, Peter Obi and his wife cast their votes, Osibanjo and his wife cast their votes, Wike and his wife cast their votes, Amaechi and his wife cast their votes.......all of them and their wives voted in their polling units according to news and with what we saw on television and were escorted to the polling units by their bodyguards and security men BUT NON OF THEM WENT WITH THEIR CHILDREN. Does it mean non of these people have children that are up to 18yrs that can vote? Or they went to another polling unit to vote or they came with their parents and the camera didn't catch them? Or their children are only good for public presentation on handover day/ ceremonial days
WISDOM, KNOWLEDGE and LITERACY is not all about your degree but your ability to say NO to MENTAL SLAVERY.

NIGERIA YOUTHS WAKE UP!!!!!
