As celebration galore trails the victory of President Muhammadu Buhari for a second term in office, the APC governorship candidate in Abia State, Dr. Uche Ogah has joined millions of Nigerians to congratulate the president on his victory.

In a chat with ABN TV on the early hours of Wednesday, the governorship hopeful described President Buhari’s victory as victory for all Nigerians, adding that he is a true father of the nation.

"It never came to us as a surprise. He has proven beyond every reasonable doubt he means well for all us in this country. Despite the manifest manipulation agents of darkness perpetrated in the presidential election outcome in Abia, it has never been in doubt that President Buhari is the man Nigeria needs at this critical period. He is a true father of the nation" Dr. Oga said.

He also called on Abians to reject people he said have perpetually kept them cheated and depraved over the years as the governorship election approaches. He appealed to them to vote him in for a prosperous and functional Abia.
