The newly admitted students of Akwa Ibom State University are right now undergoing an orientation exercise in both campuses of the University. The event which was declared open by the Vice-Chancellor of the University, Prof. Eno Ibanga, is being attended by Principal staff of the University, together with Deans, Directors and Heads of Department.

The event is billed to last for 2 days and will be rounded off with an Inter-denominational service on Sunday, the 3rd of March 2019.
