He thus assured every registered voter in Sagbama Constituency 1 to come out massively on Saturday March 9th and vote for APC as their votes would definitely count and their security assured unlike that of the presidential election where there were not one armed security agent to man the election process rather than those of DOOAKPO (the Gov. Dickson's security outfit) within the entire Sagbama Constituency 1 which gave leverage to the PDP to rig the process.
